Décor

The restaurant is thoughtfully divided into three distinct sections: the Past, the Present, and the Future.

Upon entering, you’ll be immersed in a modern, dynamic space that feels both timeless and contemporary. The open kitchen and sushi bar anchor the room, allowing guests to experience the artistry of cooking up close. The central mural on the back wall features a geisha-like figure, which at first glance appears traditional, but is in fact a tribute to the owner’s daughter. Opposite, “The Founder’s Wall” shines with golden letters, each symbolizing a member of the family, honoring their legacy.

As you move further into the space, you enter a private room that evokes the Past. This intimate area, with its muted tones, textured mud-like walls, and paper lantern chandeliers, transports guests to a time of quiet elegance and tradition.

In the furthest room, the Future comes to life with a sleek, futuristic design. A neon light logo casts a soft glow surrounded by 64 Maneki-neko cats—each one a symbol of fortune—creating a space that feels both cutting-edge and full of promise.

Together, these elements create a rich, layered environment where past, present, and future coalesce, offering a seamless blend of tradition and innovation in a space that evolves with every visit.
